As an active clinician with extensive experience across predoctoral, graduate, and continuing dental education with micro-credentialing, I bring a deep understanding of CODA and CE standards, as well as global perspectives in health professions education. This unique blend enables me to see the big picture, attend to critical details, and design with a clear focus on measurable and impactful result driven-outcomes.


Cross-Training, Interdisciplinary & Interprofessional Education
I believe cross-training and interdisciplinary education are essential to building a collaborative, agile, and patient-centered healthcare workforce. My work spans interprofessional education (IPE) initiatives and interdisciplinary curriculum development that bring together learners from dentistry, medicine, nursing, public health, and allied health professions. Corporate Training
I design multimodal educational programs and micro-credentialing pathways, while also contributing to corporate training initiatives that equip sales, product, and clinical teams with in-depth knowledge of dental products, clinical workflows, and evidence-based practices.
In collaboration with corporate R&D and product portfolio teams, I co-develop training content for new product introductions (NPIs), facilitate workshops, and deliver strategic education and thought leadership. I provide clinical feedback loops to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize customer outcomes. Additionally, I work closely with innovators on KOL calibration and development, and contribute to the design of thought leadership forums and continuous feedback channels and analytical mechanisms.
