Strategic Roadmap: A high-level outline of how to bridge your current gap using proprietary frameworks. Terms of Engagement To ensure dedicated time for your audit and comprehensive research, the $2,500 Diagnostic Fee is due in full at the time of booking. This investment secures a fixed window in my advisory calendar and initiates the preliminary review of your project materials. The Investment Credit & Policy This fee represents a formal commitment to the diagnostic process. It is non-refundable; however, it is fully credit-eligible toward any subsequent project initiated within the scope of the discussed engagement. Recipient Responsibility To maintain the integrity of a high-grade review, all pertinent documents and data must be provided at least one week (7 days) prior to our scheduled appointment. This lead time is essential for a thorough pre-session analysis, ensuring our time together is focused entirely on high-impact strategy and execution.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain the quality of the Systems Diagnostic and honor the research time allocated to your project, the following policy applies to all engagements: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. This allows for the necessary recalibration of the preliminary audit. Late Rescheduling: Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a $500 rescheduling fee to cover the administrative and research time already committed to your file. Cancellations: As the $2,500 investment initiates the proprietary research and "Red Light" assessment immediately upon booking, the fee is non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the diagnostic fee is forfeited. A new investment will be required to book a future session. Document Delay: If the required documents are not provided 7 days prior to the appointment, We reserve the right to reschedule the session to ensure a high-grade review. A rescheduling fee may apply if the delay occurs within the 72-hour window.
